A Hymn of Faith

Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls-
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.
~Habakkuk 3:17-18
If everything that was normal and predictable collapsed, the prophet would still rejoice.
(Taken verbatim from The MarArthur Study Bible, NKJV.)

Nikki, Thanks for posting these verses, they are such a challenge and a blessing as well. I guess I needed the reminder that
God is worthy of all our trust. I was also blessed by your post about missing Luke. I appreciate your focus upon God.
